We would like to introduce you to our automated parking system. A modern convenience for renters, offering a streamlined and efficient parking experience. Users simply drive their car to the system entrance, where it’s automatically parked in a designated spot using advanced technology. This system not only maximizes space and reduces congestion but also enhances security by minimizing the need for human access to the parking area. For renters, it means a hassle-free parking experience with reduced time spent searching for a spot and fewer concerns about vehicle safety.

Security Deposit

We have partnered with The Guarantors since 2020 where we have seen a number of our residents with different credit history take advantage of their services. Starting with their free application and soft credit pull. The Guarantors is a security deposit insurance bond that provides renters with various credit scores a chance to get approved with us and / or save upfront moving cost. A bond with the guarantors will replace the security deposit of 1x the rent, saving you hundreds of dollars. Whether you have good, fair or bad credit, we are here to help any way possible.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Application fee is $50.00. $50 refundable upon move in

  2. Income must be 3x’s monthly rent.

    1. Must have 6 months of employment history.

    2. Must provide one month worth of income.

    3. If self-employed, must submit 6 months’ worth of bank statements, business formation certification, and name of owner must match applicant’s name.

  3. Must include form of identification and social security card.

  4. Preferred credit score 630+. Lower scores can be reviewed with The Guarantors.

  5. Ask us about The Guarantors.

  6. No prior evictions or bankruptcies

  7. Move in amount: Security deposit is one times the rent. First month is rent due upon lease signing.

    2.  Two Beds $40.00

  3. Internet: Verizon or Xfinity / comcast

PARKING MONTHLY CHARGE:

1. $125 Outside Parking

2. $150 Garage & EV Chargers Parking

PET REQUIRMENTS:

1. One time fee (non refundable) $300.00 per pet

2. First month's pet fee $100.00 per pet per month.

3. Must comply with management’s breed restriction list.

4. Pet License required upon lease signing.

5. Pet medical records, includes immunization record required upon lease signing.

6. Photo of Pet(s) required upon lease signing.

7. Pet agreement must be executed upon lease signing.

8. ESA documents must be executed and agreement must be signed upon lease signing.

Service Animals / Emotional Support Animal

PEEK Properties welcomes pets and service / emotional support animals. Please read the following information if applicable. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding this topic.

Requirements for your Service Animal:

1. As per the Fair Housing Act. Service Animals are certified in specific training that assistance any person or persons for any type of disability.

2. To comply with this Fair Housing Act, we kindly request a copy of your animal’s certificate before moving in.

3. No fee will be charged to you for your service animal.

4. Service animal agreement must be reviewed and signed upon move in.

5. Service animal restrictions list reflect the City of Orange twp NJ.

6. Service animals must have license from the City of Orange twp NJ before move in.

Requirements for your Emotional Support Animal:

1. As per the Fair Housing Act. Emotional Support Animals are necessary for any person or persons that require emotional support due to medical reasons.

2. To comply with this Fair Housing Act, we kindly request a medical form filled out and stamped by your physician or physiologist before moving in.

3. No fee will be charged to you for your Emotional Support Animals

4. Emotional Support Animal agreement must be reviewed and signed upon move in.

5. Emotional Support Animals restrictions list reflect the town of Orange NJ.

6. Emotional Support Animal must have license from the City of Orange NJ before move in.
